Shanghai Opera House: L'elisir d'amore opened yesterday; Les Croissants at Shanghai Symphony Hall and a December Butterfly Lovers at SHOAC are also selling
Shanghai Opera House's L'elisir d'amore opened at 17:00 on 1 September, six bands from ¥180 to ¥1080; Les Croissants' 31 October concert and SHOAC's 19 December Butterfly Lovers evening are also on sale.

Shanghai Opera House's production of Donizetti's L'elisir d'amore, part of the 25th China Shanghai International Arts Festival, went on sale at 17:00 on 1 September. Three performances in the opera hall of the Shanghai Conservatory Opera House, 13 and 14 November at 19:30 and 15 November at 14:00; six bands at ¥1080 / 880 / 680 / 480 / 280 / 180, six tickets per order, through the house's own website. About 120 minutes with a 20-minute interval. A day after opening, all three performances still showed plenty of seats.
Earlier the same afternoon, at 14:40, Les Croissants' The Shape of Time opened on the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra's ticketing platform: 31 October at 19:30 in the main hall of Jaguar Shanghai Symphony Hall, Zhao Yifan conducting, Fu Hu at the piano, fourteen contemporary choral works and arrangements, from Ola Gjeilo's Northern Lights to Shih Ching-ju's 世界恬静落来的时. Seven bands at ¥380 / 330 / 280 / 230 / 180 / 130 / 80, four per order. The choir is renting the hall; this is not an SSO season concert.
SHOAC's concert hall has a Chinese and Western classics evening on 19 December at 19:30, on sale through the SHOAC website since 28 August: five bands at ¥480 / 380 / 280 / 180 / 80, six per person, real-name ticketing. The programme is the Butterfly Lovers violin concerto, the Yellow River piano concerto and Dvořák's Ninth Symphony; no orchestra, conductor or soloists have been named. The same hall has another Butterfly Lovers concert on 27 September, so check the date when buying.
