Two licences issued by Shanghai's culture bureau on 3 September, one concert each. No programme, prices or on-sale time for either.

Two performance licences issued by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism on 3 September each cover one concert this autumn or winter. Both halls are new to this site, and neither concert has a published programme, price or on-sale time.
25 December, 19:15 — "Polar Night Rhapsody", Stanislav Korchagin piano recital, Daning Theatre (1220 Pingxingguan Road, Jing'an District), permit 沪文旅许[2026]4937号, promoted by Shanghai Zhongyan Culture and Arts, one performer and one show on the licence. The permit bills Korchagin as a Tchaikovsky Competition bronze medallist; the Mariinsky Theatre's artist page records third prize and the Bronze Medal in piano at the XVII International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2023, gives his birth as 1993 in Moscow Region, and names Tatiana Zelikman of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music as his teacher since 2011.
31 October, 19:30 — Slovak National Choir, "We Are the World", Shanghai Lingang Performing Arts Center (200 Dingke Road, Lin-gang Special Area), permit 沪文旅许[2026]4940号, promoted by Shanghai Yixiang Culture Communication, 38 performers and one show on the licence. The permit gives the ensemble's name only in Chinese and attaches no foreign name. Slovakia's national-level professional choir is the Slovak Philharmonic Choir (Slovenský filharmonický zbor); whether that is the ensemble meant here is not something the document answers.
The only piece the permit names is "We Are the World", the 1985 charity single, so the concert is filed as crossover rather than choral. If the published programme turns out to be mostly choral repertoire, the classification changes.
