SSO: both Currentzis nights are on sale, and the 13 September opening concert has a few seats back; Shanghai Concert Hall's three piano recitals are not listed yet

musicAeterna's 14 and 15 October concerts went on sale at 13:00 on 8 September as announced, with plenty of seats left. The 13 September SSO opening concert had sold out; at 00:36 on 9 September the system showed 4 seats. The presenter gave 17:30 on 8 September for Shanghai Concert Hall's three November piano recitals, and the hall's website had not listed them by early 9 September.

The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra's two musicAeterna concerts under Teodor Currentzis, Beethoven on 14 October and Mozart on 15 October, went on sale at 13:00 on 8 September, the time given in the 7 September announcement. At 00:36 on 9 September the orchestra's ticketing system showed 680 seats left for the Beethoven night and 851 for the Mozart night, both with the status "plenty". Six price bands from 280 to 1280 yuan, a limit of 4 per order, sold through the orchestra's website and its WeChat mini-programme.

The SSO 2026-27 season opening concert (II) on 13 September, Shostakovich's Tenth Symphony, read as fully sold out when we checked on the afternoon of 7 September. At 00:36 on 9 September the system showed 4 seats, status "scarce". The seats added on 28 August are in three bands, 380, 180 and 80 yuan, with an obstructed view. The count changes by the minute; the orchestra's website is the reference. The 11 September opening concert (I) still shows 0.

For Shanghai Concert Hall's three November piano recitals, Dmitri Alexeev on 1 November, Javier Perianes on 7 November and Steven Osborne on 29 November, the presenter gave 17:30 on 8 September as the on-sale time. At 00:36 on 9 September the hall's website listed 12 concerts on sale, the latest on 19 December, and none of the three was among them. We could not find whether the sale opened through another channel. The three pages keep the status "TBD" until the hall lists them, and prices and purchase limits will follow.

Separately, there is no public sale for Falstaff at the Shanghai Grand Opera House on 28 September. The house's published internal stress-test period runs from 15 August to 28 September, ten performances in all, and the official opening is 17 October.
