Eifman Ballet of St. Petersburg performs three productions at the Soar Theatre (申厅) of the Shanghai Grand Opera House from 9 to 18 December, eight performances in all. Tickets go on sale across all channels at 15:00 on Wednesday 4 November 2026. All three productions have the same prices, in seven tiers: 180, 280, 380, 480, 680, 880 and 1080 yuan.

Crime and Punishment runs 120 minutes, the other two 110 minutes. All include a 20-minute interval.

There are no Eifman Ballet performances on 19 and 20 December. This website previously listed the wrong dates: Crime and Punishment 11 to 13 December, Eugene Onegin 16 and 17 December, Anna Karenina 19 and 20 December. The listings have been corrected. They now follow the Shanghai Grand Opera House's on-sale announcement and the permit 沪文旅许[2026]5341号 issued by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism.

Crime and Punishment is adapted from Dostoevsky's novel. It premiered on 17 September 2024, and this run is its Shanghai premiere. The music is by Mahler, Tishchenko and Metropolitan Hilarion (Alfeyev).

Eugene Onegin is adapted from Pushkin's verse novel and premiered on 3 March 2009. The story is set in Russia at the end of the 20th century, and the music alternates Tchaikovsky with rock by Alexander Sitkovetsky.

Anna Karenina is adapted from Tolstoy's novel and premiered on 31 March 2005. The music is by Tchaikovsky, and the story stays with Anna, Karenin and Vronsky.

The Shanghai Grand Opera House official WeChat mini-program is the house's own channel; Damai, Maoyan, Meituan, Dianping, Piaoxingqiu and the Shanghai Grand Theatre WeChat mini-program are authorised channels. There is an early-bird offer from 4 November 2026 to 10 November 2026 at 23:59: tickets at 480 yuan and above get 10% off, and the offer can be used together with Shanghai Grand Opera House membership benefits. The Shanghai Grand Theatre ticketing system states that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
