Little Music Angels Talent Programme: Annual Concert 2026
About the performance
Shanghai Symphony Hall's Main Hall holds the annual concert of the 16th 音乐小天使 (Little Music Angels) talent programme. Tang Muhai conducts the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra with eight soloists from the programme. Before the interval they play the first movement of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Bach's Concerto for Two Violins in D minor, and the third movement of Lalo's Cello Concerto in D minor. Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor follows the interval, its three movements divided among three violinists, with the first movement of Dvořák's Cello Concerto in B minor. Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, its third and fourth movements, closes the programme. All box-office income goes to the 音乐小天使 charity project.
