Zhou Ming'en

Associate professor of violin and master's supervisor at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, where she heads the strings department of the affiliated middle school. She chairs the violin committee of the Shanghai Musicians' Association and sits on the council of the Chinese string association. She read violin at the Shanghai Conservatory and took a graduate degree in violin performance and chamber music in Tromsø, Norway, studying with Zhao Jiyang, Zheng Shisheng and Malfred Hansen, and played two consecutive seasons in the Verbier Festival Orchestra.
