Biography
A French string quartet. In 2015 it took first prize at the Wigmore Hall International String Quartet Competition along with the Beethoven and Haydn prizes, then first prize and the audience prize at Trondheim. BBC New Generation Artists 2015–2017 and subsequently ECHO Rising Stars. Formerly in residence at the Paris Centre de Musique de Chambre, taught by members of the Alban Berg, Artemis and Hagen quartets. An Alpha Classics exclusive artist, with a complete Mendelssohn quartet cycle recorded. Members: Nicolas Van Kuijk and Sylvain Favre-Bulle, violins; Anthony Kondo, cello.
